Kanye West’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Sexual Harassment

Recently, court documents obtained by Page Six revealed that Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has sued him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Pisciotta, who started working with the rapper in July 2021 to assist with the launch of his Yeezy fashion line, alleged that she was offered a lucrative $1 million salary, with the condition of being available to West 24/7, which she accepted. However, things took a disturbing turn when West allegedly requested her to be more “God Like” and delete her OnlyFans account, which was earning her an additional $1 million. In return, he promised to raise her salary to $2 million to make up for the lost income, but he never followed through with the adjustment.

According to Pisciotta’s lawsuit, West started sending her lewd text messages shortly after her supposed salary raise. The messages contained explicit descriptions of sexual acts he desired to engage in, along with photos and videos of himself with other women. Moreover, Pisciotta claimed that she received intimate photos of current and former Yeezy employees, both male and female, from West. The suit detailed several disturbing incidents, including West allegedly masturbating while on the phone with Pisciotta, inquiring about her boyfriend’s anatomy, and coercing her to remove clothing while at work.

Pisciotta also alleged that West once locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. She further claimed that he became upset when she rejected his advances for dating or intimacy. Despite being promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s companies with a $4 million salary, Pisciotta was abruptly fired a month later and offered $3 million in severance, which she never received. The lawsuit seeks compensation for breach of contract and the hostile work environment created by West.

This legal battle adds to a string of controversies surrounding West, who was recently accused of discriminating against a former black employee at his Christian school, Donda Academy. Benjamin Deshon Provo, the employee in question, alleged that he was fired based on his race. These accusations paint a troubling picture of West’s behavior and practices within his business ventures.

The allegations brought forth by Lauren Pisciotta against Kanye West shed light on disturbing instances of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior in the workplace. It is essential for individuals in positions of power to be held accountable for their actions and to create safe and respectful environments for all employees. The outcome of this lawsuit may have far-reaching implications for West’s reputation and future dealings in the industry.
