The altercation occurred in the early hours of the morning at a Love’s Travel Stop, where 2 Cold Scorpio claimed to be working as a security guard. The victim stated that he did not light up a cigarette inside the store, but rather believed it had been extinguished prior to entering the building.
According to court documents, 2 Cold Scorpio confronted the man about smoking inside the store, to which the man responded with hostility.
